Meet Our Team

Our team of licensed Hand & Occupational Therapists effectively treat patients through a variety of procedures.

April Hedrick

OTR/L, CHT

April is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist who has spent over 25 years working with hand surgeons & sports medicine professionals. She has gained additional training in upper extremity disorders and is certified through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC). April has a special interest in the treatment of athletic injuries and has presented continuing education courses on this topic. She is an active member with the Texas Society of Hand Therapy & Texas Occupational Therapy Association.

Nadine Huang

COTA

Nadine is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, who received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of San Francisco. She later relocated to Houston to complete her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has worked in hand therapy in California and Texas. She has been part of Texas Hand Therapy since 2018. Her interests include prosthetics and pathomechanics. She resides in College Station with her Labrador, Buddy.

Ryan Nicholson

OTR

Ryan is an Occupational Therapist and holds a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. Growing up in Bryan-College Station, he was destined to be an Aggie and received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. As an avid fisherman, soccer player, and woodworker, he thinks critically to equip his patients with the skills to return to the activities that excite their own passions.

Caitlynn Conner

OTD, OTR

Caitlynn is an Occupational Therapist originally from Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with her Bachelor's in Kinesiology-Motor Behavior. During her time at A&M she was a Therapy Tech for Texas Hand Therapy. Shortly after, she completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has been a practicing Occupational Therapist for over a year in the Bryan-College Station area and has a special interest in Hand Therapy. In her leisure time, she loves to draw, play volleyball, hang out with family and friends, but most importantly, root on her Aggies.
